Cheryl Haddock creates compelling and original figurative, abstract, and functional sculpture from a variety of stone. Her work can be found in collections around the world is is noted for the harmonious combinations of static and fluid forms. Her functional sculpture - beautiful hand-carved marble fountains, birdbaths, sinks, bowls and basins- enrich the environments in which they're placed.

Cheryl's passion for stone and the process of transforming raw stone into sculpture is evident in her work, which emphasizes the natural beauty of the stone. When she began carving over twenty years ago, she carved with hand tools by candlelight to hone her talent for recognizing and illuminating the interplay of light and shadows in three dimensional forms. After apprenticing with renowned marble sculptor, Eric Johnson in Redstone Village, Colorado, she ran her own sculpture studio and adjacent art gallery in Redstone for fifteen years.

In 2006, Cheryl relocated to Ashland, Oregon where she joined a group of Ashland sculptors. She joined the Ashland Art Center and Artisan Gallery in 2009.
